HVAC technician (m/f/d) for production management

As part of the globally active Geoclima Group, Clima Tech Airconditioners GmbH produces central air conditioning units and clean room components in many variants, facets and customer requirements.

While the engineering and the entire product and customer support takes place at our location in Ternitz, the products are manufactured at the location of the parent company in Ronchi dei Legionari in Italy. The development of tailor-made solutions for customers from all over the world, as well as the development of new solutions and technologies form the core business of our company.

The company currently employs 5 people at the Ternitz site. The entire Geoclima Group employs around 190 people.

We are now looking for someone to strengthen our engineering team HVAC technician for production management and after-sales.

Your tasks:

After receiving the order, acceptance of the offer documents
Agreement with the sales team about the system design
Professional and detailed elaboration and design of the system components clarification of open points with the customer
Obtaining offers from suppliers
Compilation of the orders in cooperation with the purchasing department
Creation of production documents, coordination and independent ongoing control of production progress
Creation of documentation, operating instructions, etc.
Partial assistance with device tests and commissioning (in production and/or on the construction site)
Customer contact for project clarification, product advice for the development of technical solutions (in some cases on site at the customer)
Participation in product development and product management
First point of contact for ongoing after-sales inquiries

Your skills:

Self-organized, independent and solution-oriented work
Enjoys overcoming challenges
Enjoying contact with people, also in a different language
Technical training in the air conditioning industry (HTL level, e.g. HTBL Pinkafeld)
Enthusiasm for technology also in other disciplines (electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken German
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Very good computer skills
- Windows 10+
- MS Office
- AutoCAD
- Programming knowledge (VB.NET)
Willingness to travel approx. 20% (throughout Austria and Europe)
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HVAC technology
